Biography

Jixing Li is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Linguistics and Translation at City University of Hong Kong. She received her PhD in Linguistics from Cornell University in 2019 and completed her postdoctoral training at the Neuroscience of Language Lab at New York University Abu Dhabi. Her research applies computational models to understand language comprehension in the human brain, which spans multiple fields, including linguistics, psychology, cognitive neuroscience and natural language processing. Her work has been published in top journals including eLife, Journal of Neuroscience, Imaging Neuroscience, Scientific Data, etc.
