(for implementation from Semester A 2021/22)
The Joint Bachelor’s Degree Programme between LT, CityU and National Taiwan University (NTU) offers students an overseas undergraduate educational experience. Students will spend two years at CityU and two years at NTU or vice versa. On completion of the academic requirements of both institutions, students will receive two bachelor’s degrees awarded by CityU and NTU.

Eligibility
Full‐time normative four‐year programme students who:
- Have completed at least 60 credit units in their first two years of study at CityU before commencing their study at NTU. Completed credits must include courses specified by the respective college and departments for the first two years’ curriculum.
- Have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.30 or above.
- Have good English language proficiency:
- For admission to NTU, CityU students have to meet either one of the following minimum English language requirements:
- (i) TOEFL: 79 on the internet‐based test
- (ii) IELTS: overall band score of 6.5
- For admission to NTU, CityU students have to meet either one of the following minimum English language requirements:
- meet all the admission requirements of CityU.
Period of Study
CityU students will spend the first two years at CityU before studying the remaining two years at NTU.

Curriculum Design
Courses taken at both institutions will be mutually recognised and used to fulfil the curriculum requirement of both institutions based on the course mappings.
Annual Quota
Up to FIVE students per year.
Tuition and Fees
CityU students pay tuition and fees to CityU irrespective of their study location. Eligible students may apply for scholarships at both institutions on their own.
