If they want to specialize, they must take the five core courses
designated for a specific stream and three other courses,
or two courses if one of them is LT6580 Master's Project.
(A core course for one stream can be
a non-core course / elective of the other streams).
2. Medium of Instruction/assessment
& Chinese and English. ∗ English is the main medium of instruction and assessment, but Chinese is allowed in situations where English-Chinese translation and interpretation, bilingual legal drafting, or study of Chinese language, literature and culture, is involved. % English supplemented with Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua). # Chinese is the medium of instruction and assessment. @ Medium of instruction: English, supplemented by Putonghua
