Objectives

 

This career talk aims to equip Japanese-language students with knowledge and skills that make them more competitive in seeking jobs from Japanese employers. Career prospects in companies with Japanese background will be also discussed. Topics to be covered in the session include organizational culture in Japanese companies, market and trends analysis, interviewing skills and advice on job-seeking.

It is intended that, having attended this talk, students will be more knowledgeable and skilled in areas that are essential to making them more competitive as potential candidates for Japanese companies.

 

  

Speaker

 

Mr. Yukiyoshi Kurosaki is the C.E.O. of Anchor HRM Consulting Limited, a Hong Kong and South China based recruitment and HRM Consulting firm.  Anchor HRM aspires to contribute in harnessing and developing Hong Kong and Mainland China human resource market with various alternatives, via the support of the “Growth and Innovation” of “Individual and Organization”.  It has also established connection with over 700 clients with majority being Japanese-based multinational firms.
