The University has launched the CityU Talents Programme to attract high calibre secondary school graduates, to inspire Year 1 students to raise their academic performance, and to enhance undergraduate admission quality and the University branding.
For high school students:
JUPAS (local): DSE score at 28 or above
Non-JUPAS: IB score at 38 or above, or follow entrant scholarships requirements, or comparable qualifications determined by the home academic unit in consultation with the College.
Non-local students: Follow entrant scholarships requirements
For existing Year 1 students:
Academic standard required for on-going performance in Undergraduate (UG) study:
Required to maintain a yearly CGPA (at the end of Semester B) at 3.4 or above
Conditions of offer for admission to Taught Postgraduate (TPG) Programme
Approval of entry into and exit from the Talents Programme will be processed in accordance with University rules and policies. Once exited, a student cannot rejoin the Programme in later semester or year.
