The Department received a letter from the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, informing that Ms. Kim Won Kyung (Karen) has awarded the Prize of Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Korea. Karen is a sole recipient of the prize in Hong Kong. The Ministry recognized her dedications and contributions for promoting Korean Studies Programme in Hong Kong.
